Eight apartments in a three-story building on a North Philadelphia corner, built across two combined lots.

The first question was how much this corner could hold under its zoning. Combining the two lots made room for a compact three-story building with eight one- and two-bedroom apartments. Brick wraps the corner at the base, with dark metal panels above.
