What we collect
When you send a project request or a note, we receive what you type: your name, email or phone, the property address or area, and what you tell us about the project. With it come a few details about your visit — the first page you opened on this site, the page you sent the request from, the website that linked you here (its name only) and any campaign tags in the link — so we can see which pages help people find us.
This site doesn’t use advertising trackers and doesn’t set cookies for analytics. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you: we see how many people opened each page and where they came from, never who they are.
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them. To do that, Cloudflare looks at basic details of your browser when you press Send; it doesn’t use them for advertising.
Before you send it
While you fill in a form, your answers are saved in your own browser for that visit only, so they aren’t lost if you switch forms or reload the page. Nothing reaches us until you press Send, and the saved copy is cleared once it has been sent. Closing the browser tab clears it too.
How we use it
Your request goes into our project intake, where our team reads it, looks the property up and replies. If you become a client, it becomes part of your project record and your client portal. We use it only to reply to you and to work on your project. We don’t sell it or share it for marketing; we share what a project needs with the people working on it, such as engineers, when you hire us.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you sent us, email info@level9arch.com or call (215) 259-8332. Some project records — drawings, permits, contracts — we keep as long as the law and our professional obligations require.
