Rendering of a commercial building refaced in dark metal panels, with a glass entrance at the corner of a two-story block

American Avenue Building

King of Prussia, PA · Proposed design

A new exterior designed for a King of Prussia commercial building, with a long glass front and silver metal panels.

The task was a new exterior for a long one- and two-story commercial building on American Avenue, one that makes the entrance easy to find. We tested several exteriors in quick renderings before settling on a simple one. In the design, a long storefront of glass runs under a band of silver wave-profile metal panels, the existing panels are repainted a deep blue-gray, and glass at the corner of the taller block marks the entrance.
